Being developed in 2010-2011, this project focuses on small groups of children (3-5) at each center, providing them instruments to learn and practice on. Musicians are engaged to volunteer through teaching instruments on a weekly basis. Along with this, the project mobilizes and collects secondhand and/or used instruments and sponsorships for new instruments.
